I’m a total sucker for overnight oats. I’ve always been more of a night person than I am a morning person, so when I get to knock off a little time from my morning routine in exchange for sleep, I’m a happy camper!
If you’ve never tried overnight oats, you definitely should. I used to hate eating oatmeal, but overnight oats converted me. Not only are they healthy for you, but they’re filling and cheap! I mean, what more could you ask for, right?
I’m a huge fan of raspberries. During the summer I usually have them coming out my ears, since I have gigantic raspberry bushes growing in my backyard. They’re a total pain to pick, since when they’re at their peak they grow by the gallons BUT it means free berries so… who’s complaining?

Rolled oats are great to eat for breakfast because you can buy a whole lot of those puppies for not a wholelot of cash! It’s another reason why I absolutely love overnight oats for breakfast.
The best part about overnights oats (aside from tasting delicious and being super cheap to make) is that all you have to do is put the ingredients into a mason jar, shake ’em up, and refrigerate them overnight. Easy Peezy.
Makes 1 Serving
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your favorite kind of milk)
- 1/4 cup raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, OR any other fresh fruit your heart desires
- 2 Tbsp white chocolate chips
- 1 packet stevia
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp brown sugar (optional)
These oats are great for on the go – you can eat them straight out of the jar, no fuss or prep necessary. I‘m always running late, so I keep a plastic spoon next to them and usually end up eating them in the car while I drive.
I hope you love them as much as I do! Let me know what you think in the comments 🙂
